Greetings,
My name is Christian Martinez, and I am a 23-year-old Cybersecurity Professional currently employed at FCG Consulting. In my role, I serve as a consultant, specializing in assisting hospital kitchens with printers and print Servers, alongside providing technical support to various other companies. My primary objective is to ensure the seamless operation of their technological infrastructure, addressing any issues that may arise throughout the day well following the CIA triad to ensure that data is verified and available to be provided to the right personnel.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to continuously developing personal and career Goal well helping other achieve theirs. Currently, I am enrolled in the ASU Cybersecurity Bootcamp, where I am acquiring essential skills to propel my career forward in cybersecurity. I am currently interested in Cloud Security and I am also working towards AWS Solutions Architect if you have any advice please feel free to leave a post on my blog page!
In my Spare time, I cherish moments spent with my significant other, engaging in activities such as constructing Lego sets, enjoying cinematic experiences, while also play video at competitive levels and swimming at the community Pool. Additionally, We have to of the most amazing dogs, Lenny and Aseia, They love to accompany us on outdoor adventures, often discovering new trails and sometime running around the dog park like the own the whole thing.
I am originally from New Mexico this is where all my family is from I can even go as far as the city I first lived in was built by my family. I was transported on a helicopter from the small town of Velarde to Albuquerque because the hospital in Velarde didn’t have the proper equipment. Raised primarily in Albuquerque But did live in Colorado, and North Carolina, my journey in life has had its fair share of challenges, particularly in navigating educational hurdles like being dyslexic and constantly moving. However, with the support of loved ones and the companionship of friends like Tyler Merkel, I found the ability to perseverate through the tough times and learn all that I can from everyone I met in along my journey .
My passion for technology blossomed during my years as an early teens , it was sparked by the introduction of a computer gifted to my mother from my sister. I spent countless hours tinkering with its functionalities, hardware and a little bit of the software. I also dove into programming languages such as Python and C++, often telling my friend Tyler about my tales of my explorations on the internet.
Reflecting on my life, I recognize a profound love for technology and a deep-seated desire to empower others through its utilization. As I continue to evolve in my career, my commitment remains the same, meaning being able bridging the gap between technical and non-technical individuals, while still hit high cybersecurity best practices to safeguard our collective digital future.
